

After completing my City & Guilds in 1994 at "Rannie's" I worked as a pastry chef at Gary Rhodes' Greenhouse in London and then for Elite Hotels at the Ashdown Park and Grand at Eastbourne, before having a complete change of direction to the emergency services. I missed the creativity now run my business alongside my "day" job as a police radio operator. I love making sugar flowers and working with royal icing.
In 2010 I grew my own apprentice who loves doing anything cake related and she is very often found helping me make decorations !
